The Barista 235 coffee bar operating in the foyer of 235 St Georges Terrace is managed by Kate Lamont. Coffees, lunches and snacks are available, all provided with the impeccable style and taste of any Kate Lamont venue.
Conference Rooms
Tenants can utilise the innovative conference room facility that can accommodate up to 150 people and includes a fully equipped kitchen and catering amenity on the Ground Floor. The room itself includes a ceiling hung projector, drop down screen, Dynalite Lighting System (allowing for a range of lighting controls), ceiling speakers and motorised blinds connected to the AV system.

Facilities Manager
A dedicated Facilities Manager has also been appointed to 235 St Georges Terrace to ensure this cutting edge buildings essential services are managed to an optimum and so continue to deliver an environment that is efficient and effective for all tenants. This role is supported by a state of the art Tenant Request online system that ensures tenants and their staff can liaise for works on site with maximum efficiency.
If any staff of a tenant encounter a problem with the operation of the building or a building defect then a report will need to be made to the Tenant Representative / Office Manager. They can then confirm the matter and log it with the Facilities Manager.

Annual Research
As part of a commitment to ongoing enhancements and efficiencies, each year Hawaiian and Brookfield Multiplex undertake a research exercise to gather feedback from tenants. This research aims to identify ways and means to improve the management teams activities for the building. This information is actively utilised in planning the ongoing management strategies.
