At the end of March, the Hawaiian Ride for Youth will see 88 cyclists travelling 640km from Albany to Perth to raise money for Youth Focus. Not everyone is able to participate in this ride but you can still help raise funds with the Virtual Ride.
The Virtual Ride doesn't cost anything to register or participate. All you need to do is cycle 24 hours throughout the whole month of March. You don't have to be Cadel Evans to achieve this - track the times you cycle to and from work, when you take the bikes out with the family, or even when you're pedalling away in the gym - it all counts!

Youth Focus is a West Australian, non-profit community organisation, working with young people aged 12 to 25 years who show early signs associated with depression, suicide and self-harm. Youth Focus values young lives by ensuring the emotional well-being of young people, developing their self-worth and offering them the opportunity to reach their full potential.
