235 St Georges Terrace
About Us

235 St Georges Terrace is jointly developed and is owned by Brookfield and Hawaiian.

Hawaiian is a Western Australian-based property investment and development group.

Established in 1993, the group combines its corporate and real estate expertise with the flexible approach of a privately owned company, and is well regarded for its philosophy of uniting business and people.

Hawaiian’s diverse portfolio includes the development and management of quality commercial, retail and hospitality properties across Australia. These include WA’s first 5 Star Greenstar commercial tower at 235 St Georges Terrace, the new retail precinct currently being developed at Claremont Quarter, and the world-renowned Cable Beach Club Resort in Broome.

Hawaiian strives to leverage its business success by seeking to work in partnership with community organisations and charitable groups, in an effort to promote participation in the Arts, encourage our young people, and support those in need.

Brookfield is a fully integrated property and funds management business with activities in commercial, retail and residential property development, construction, management services and infrastructure.

Following the acquisition of Multiplex by Brookfield Asset Management Inc, the Multiplex Group de-listed from the ASX in December 2007 and in January 2008 became a wholly owned subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management Inc which is listed on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges under the symbol BAM and on the Euronext, under the symbol BAMA.

In Australasia, the group employs approximately 1,500 people and has a reputation for quality, innovation and the successful delivery of major projects.
